Authorities In United States Are Hunting For The Killer Of Imam.

States authorities are currently searching for the person that shot dead an Imam of a mosque in Newark in Jersey, United State Of America on Wednesday

Authorities has said in a press news conference that that they are sure the killing of Imam Sharif Hassan is not connected to internal terrorism or racism.

Hassan Sharif was discovered laying down with several gunshots outside a mosque called Masjid-Muhammad-Newark, just before dawn, after which he was confirmed dead.

The attorney general of New Jersey has revealed to the press that: "Investigation so far has not revealed that the killing has any connection with racism or internal terrorism."

He added that "Most of the investigation bodies will not publicly disclose their findings at the early stage of their investigations. But increased in racial discrimination against the Muslims has compelled them to do so."

The Governor of the State, Phil Murphy has released a statement appealing to anyone with information about the killing to help authorities in their investigation.

Neighbors has told WABC-TV television that the attack was not unconnected with the handwork of criminals terrorising New Jersey with capital offences.
